The Sunday Experience
Join us on Sundays for a fun-filled faith journey—both online AND in-person!

Sundays from 9:30 to 11 AM ET on Zoom
For Ages 5-17Our Sunday Online Chapel is a dedicated space for young people to center themselves, share Joys & Concerns, and to connect with friends old and new. We light the chalice together, sing hymns, and make way for movement or meditation as time allows.
Our Learning Workshops begin right after chapel and run until 11:00am. This year we’re leaning into our 8th principle and UU values of pluralism and interdependence, weaving multifaith and multicultural learning, identity-affirmation and anti-racism into every lesson plan, action and celebration. Here is where new faith community is being formed, where there is always space for big questions and sometimes more questions than answers. Here is where faith community is modeled as a loving and radically inclusive space, where shared values transcend state lines. Through art, games, story, music and discussion, children & youth are zooming in from all over the country for a joyful collective journey of faith formation!

Sundays from 2 to 3:30 PM at 209 Madison Ave. (Church of the Incarnation)
Our church services begin every Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm. Children and youth ages 5-17 are welcome to join us in our dedicated loft space at the front of our sanctuary for a sharing circle, collaborative art projects, story telling and more! We also enjoy intermittent multigenerational services and celebrations and family field trips and service actions!

FUSE is an interfaith, multimedia youth group based in NYC and open to high schoolers all over the world! We meet every Tuesday at 7 PM ET on Zoom.

OWL (Our Whole Lives), is a high-quality, comprehensive set of sexuality education curricula designed to serve all levels of human development. It was founded as a cooperative effort between the Unitarian Universalist Association and the United Church of Christ. It's specifically LGBTQ+ affirming, and is designed to build confidence, self-worth, and emotional intelligence as well as provide accurate information about human bodies and sexuality. Providing a supportive, values-based, developmentally appropriate learning environment where healthy attitudes, understanding and practices around sexuality can thoughtfully develop is an invaluable resource and a staple offering at The Community Church of New York.

A middle school creative story writing program grounded in sacred parables. Led by Rev. Karishma Gottfried, Minister for Youth and Young Adults, youth will read and discuss stories from religious and spiritual traditions from across the world, and develop their own stories using a variety of creative methods.

Joining the Parent Circles is a great way to build community and have very real and open discussions on everything from interfaith parenting, to self care, spiritual practice, life hacks, and hope.
